While we aim for same-day dispatch whenever feasible, it's not a guarantee for every order.
Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted for both in-store and online orders, providing a convenient and secure payment method.
Cash (In-Store Only): We gladly accept cash payments for purchases made at our physical AVBox US location.
Checks (In-Store & Online): If you wish to pay by check, please contact us prior to ordering. Checks are accepted for both in-store and online purchases. For online check payments, please note that orders will be held until the check has cleared our bank.
Net 30 (Online - Approved Accounts): For our approved business customers, we offer Net 30 payment terms for online orders. Please contact our accounting department at accounting@avboxus.com prior to placing your order to establish and receive approval for Net 30 terms.
Bank Transfer (Online): For online orders, we also accept bank transfers. Please be aware that orders paid via bank transfer will be processed and shipped only once the full payment has been confirmed as received in our bank account.
Florida GoldBacks (In-Store Only): As a unique payment option for our local customers, we accept Florida Goldbacks for in-person purchases at our store.
Local Pickup: For our local customers in the Ensley, Florida area, we offer the convenience of local pickup! Simply select this option during checkout, and we'll notify you when your order is ready to be picked up from our location. Our address is 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32534 and our hours for pickups are Monday-Friday: 8-5 PM Central Time (CT), Saturday: 9-3 PM Central Time (CT).
Domestic Shipping (USA): Our standard shipping method for orders within the United States is UPS Ground, providing a dependable ground service.
