The Airlock has a slim, speedy profile with a distinctive handle cutout that lets you see through to the steel liners. It opens quickly with Kershaw’s assisted opening and built-in flipper, then locks up securely with an inset liner lock. A reversible “pen-style” pocket clip helps it ride discreetly in the pocket.

Order Processing & Speed

Orders are processed promptly, and our team often drops off packages at the local carrier on their way out to expedite shipping. To ensure the best chance of same-day shipment, please place orders before 2:30 PM Central Time (CT). Orders placed after 5:30 PM CT on Fridays and throughout the weekend will be processed on Monday. While we aim for same-day dispatch whenever feasible, it is not guaranteed for every order.

Accepted Payment Methods

Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted for both in-store and online orders, providing a convenient and secure payment method.

Cash (In-Store Only): We gladly accept cash payments for purchases made at our physical AVBOX US location.

Checks (In-Store & Online): If you wish to pay by check, please contact us prior to ordering. Checks are accepted for both in-store and online purchases. For online check payments, please note that orders may be held until the check has cleared our bank.

Florida GoldBacks (In-Store Only): As a unique payment option for our local customers, we accept Florida Goldbacks for in-person purchases at our store.

Shipping Options

Local Pickup: Select Local Pickup during checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Our address is 10370 Pensacola Blvd, Pensacola, FL 32534 and our hours for pickups are Monday–Friday: 8–5 PM CT, Saturday: 9–3 PM CT.

Domestic Shipping (USA): Our standard shipping method for orders within the United States is UPS Ground. For expedited shipping options to meet urgent needs, please complete your order and then contact our sales team at SALES@avboxus.com or call us at 850-466-3191 to discuss available faster shipping methods and arrange payment for any additional costs.

Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, customers should send an email to Sales@avboxus.com.

Returns and Refunds

We generally do not offer returns on most items. However, if you experience an issue with your order, please contact our sales team at SALES@avboxus.com or call us at 850-466-3191. If a return or refund is approved (case-by-case), it may be issued as store credit at our discretion.
